    I paid his card and I tried to evolve him and it said he doesn't match the requirements so I think it's only for players who have LW as a main position.

    No. It's because he has 3 alternate positions. He can play LM - LW - RM. And the req states Max 2

    It says max3, and Fati can play in 3 positions LM-LW-ST and with that he was part of the evolution that have been shown by ea.
