Just have a quick look at objectives and check what you can finish while playing your rivals/champions/squad-battles. Many objectives are easy to do, and you don't have to worry about them too much. Good luck :)

Don't get me started on this diabolical game bruhhh. I promise you not a single online competitive game makes me lose my mind like this dogshit. Feels like you play the same ratty **** every single game with different squads. Sit back and let AI defend while spamming L1 and speed boost and scoring in the most disgusting ways.
