i dont think he's getting better evo anytime soon. His rating is high and you cant use a Chain Evo on him, you only have one Evo slot for this card. He needs Quick Step+, Low Driven+, Finesse Shot and a big stats upgrade. 91 Neymar has a better chance because his rating is low
