to be honest its all about how hard you move your left stick in the direction you're Turning to. if you move your left stick all the way to the edges to turn you will to turn slows its about keeping the stick in the middle and moving with slight movements. I've noticed when I get angry I play with lest stick discipline . try it out for yourself and comeback to give feedback.
