anyone else have like a weird obsession with not spending coins? like outside of evos, I refuse to spend coins on players to use which is really weird especially this year considering how cheap everyone is but I can never seem to bring myself to do it, only buy certain packs in the store once in a while and that's it lmao

i mean 4213 is literally the winger version of 4231, there's also any of the 433 variations but if you want a cam or 2 DMs then you're better off choosing 433 attack with 2 cms and cam or 433 defend with 2 DMs and a cm, up to you really but 4213 is probably the only one where you can fit all your players in with the exact same positions and roles and being able to slot your wingers in

played him DLP and he was good defensively but lack of passing traits leaves something to be desired in build up. whacked him LB with Anchor as he has quickstep and jockey so I'd prefer the strength upgrade as he's fluid in game already and what a beast for sure! replaced my digne at LB. no ++ at FB is disappointing but still held his own and great going forward and tracking back! div 2 and a 9 wins player but got 10 this week! I play 4231 narrow if that helps you guys figure out if he's good for you

on a level bro, don't stress yourself over this awful game. skill legit doesn't matter this year, every stack you're offside, you tackle the opponent 3 times and they still have the ball and they score rebounds constantly like it's a **** game of ping pong, try and just laugh at how **** it is because that's the only way you'll get some enjoyment this year. actually trying will just make you so frustrated

dont worry lad, even when the game isn't as bad, like every FIFA before this one, you can still get into slumps and not qualify for champs. this year is different tho because each week, you're basically playing a different version of ping pong and rebound simulator lol, don't take it to heart, there's very little skill needed in this game, it's just a matter of if the jamminess goes your way

I think it's a good addition but like everything that seems good added by EA, it was thought out by 7 year olds who don't think about how different scenarios will impact the cosmetic design and how to counteract it. unfortunately for us my friend, were just gonna see this fixed next year and introduced as a new feature lol

lmao, it's actually a joke how awful the attacking AI is compared to defensive AI this year, you can literally batter your opponent all game but get caught offside and the only way you can consistently score is those awful weird ping pong rebounds in the keeper area

I run a 2 ST formation with Hojlund as poacher+ and Lewa as AF+ and it works well with Hojlund making those central runs in behind at defenders while Lewa drags them wide, was struggling to create before but poacher+ works a lot like stay central and get in behind last year for me with a pair of strikers

to be fair though

when I say budget I mean low budget like gold Grizi or POTM lewandowski or rush Aspas, these guys are really good at linking up play, cheap and play above their stats in some regard

there's better budget strikers I would say but I think if you got the coins for Zola, defo try him out bro, I heard he's cracked this year

it would be like EA to say it's not a mistake and leave it or fix it after 99% of people have claimed the second loan and then say impacted players will receive correct reward in coming days and then give you a free centurions grealish at the start of futties

I'm not good at this game by any stretch so take this with a pinch of salt but id play her playmaker CM, feel that way she dictates the play and gets really involved, seems a waste to put all that fodder in to not get that much use out of her in game

cba complaining too much this year because it drains too much energy, everything about this game is cancerous. having said that, I was obviously annoyed I got him but he's not bad. he's not great by any stretch but he's usable and you don't notice the pace that much because of how bad pace is in general this game, really only struggles against opponents who time lob passes really well. otherwise decent, strong tackling animations, nice positioning, just don't drag him out and leave him exposed to over the top rats haha but pair him with someone fast, should be all good regardless

me but with div 3, I go 3/4-0 up and then my players act like they've never seen a ball or used their feet before and my opponents equalise and it's like 5-3 scoreline every game and even when I do win comfortably, I just don't enjoy it. the previous FIFA's were by no means great but I at least enjoyed them a little bit with grinding and win streaks, don't feel that at all this year

kinda crazy how Madrid were 2-0 down to Dortmund and Liverpool and then beat them both 5-2 and also beat both of them in a CL final with a clean sheet and klopp managed Dortmund and Liverpool. pretty crazy stuff, seems almost near impossible to have this in common with another club
