It's +7 in game stats with no OVR increase. It makes pace and dribbling face stats 99 (even if all the stats within that category aren't 99) It's not a massive upgrade but there are limited options for using the free evo and people pay 10x a gold card price for a TOTW with +1s that won't feel any different at all in game.

I've got him (free), WW R9 (2mill), TOTY Pele (1mill), and double strike forced Suarez (1mill in evos) to choose from to play up front. And Martial has the best stats, playstyles, and left stick of any of them. Crazy how prices work in this game.

With both upgrades and an engine he's got 99 pace, shooting, dribbling, with high 90s for vision, short and long pass, and great strength and great playstyles. For a free card and free upgrades that ain't bad at all.
