Unique bodytypes tend to result in a mix of different animations, sometimes the bodytype really suits the role and the animations come off clean. Like Varane's tackles and interceptions. Sanchez is like Suarez in terms of the animations are notable in attack in terms of running, dribbling and shots.

Review after 30 games: He's really good, replaced my TOTS Musiala as shadow striker. Has amazing responsive ball control and dribbling in tight spaces and shots are coming off clean with good animations. The high reactions and composure are really noticeable.

Anything under 99 attack positioning these days and they just stand around like traffic cones or make awful runs into defenders.

That reactions and composure alone along with his bodytype means he's going to be a beast.

Unique bodytype so will be interesting to see his tackle animations.

Not every thing has to be striker to defender and vice versa.

Anticipate+ and Tikitaka+ are both a must for me on CDMs now in this meta and game build. Can't tackle or pass properly without them.

Every card he's had in game has started expensive then completely crashed in price a week later. I just don't think he's that meta for people.

The attacking AI isn't any different. I agree that Bodytype and animations make a difference in all cards, but probs not 5mill level of difference.

A hawk on Wilson and a Hunter on Toney and they look very similar, even the dribbling stats - it's only bodytype that's really different.

The Bruno card is literally better than last year. Good useable cards are easily packable and cheap to buy on the market. As well as ease of using evos to have competitive and customisable cards. It's not nearly as bad as everyone is whinging about just because they aren't packing Messi or Ronaldo.

I've used Pele for like 1600 games, but the playstyles have made him fall off a bit. If the same card came out now but was called Jim Smith from the Australian league, he'd be really cheap.

People seem unhappy if they don't get the top two rarest cards each. The average TOTS price is so low this year because pack weight has clearly been so generous to the masses in general. Cards like Bruno Fernandes were several mill last year and less than 100k this time. It's very clearly been the easiest tots to pack a top quality useable team.

I've been looking for a new false 9 with good passing but also low driven so really happy to try him out and see if he replaces my TOTY Pele

Unique bodytype is different to the lean bodytype though. Varane's unique bodytype is what makes his interceptions and tackles really clean. A Tall+Lean bodytype CB won't have the same presence and tackle win rate as tall+average or tall+stocky equivalent player.

Stats aren't everything. Bodytype, height, weight, silver playstyles all make such a difference. Lean bodytype on CBs always lack aura compared to Stocky for example

I'm still rocking Yashin with no issues. I feel like GKs are all pretty decent and perception isn't reality when people rate them wildly differently.

+5 surely? But if he's been evo'd he doesn't get +5 on top of the new stats. So it's stat capped based on +5 from his base and new OVR doesn't affect anything.

I put him in the 99 dribbling evo for the reactions and composure boosts. Loses lengthy so I hope the trade off is worth it.

Are his upgrades based on OVR or stat caps regardless of OVR?

If you don't evo he gets 97 defending. If you evo him to say a 93 OVR with an Evo that doesn't boost defending, does he get 97 defending anyway or is it just a +3 and gets 94 defending?
