Different players, Suarez is good for running in behind, Kane is better at build up and scoring since he has better passing and shooting, but not great for dribbling unlike Suarez

Depends on what you want imo, Kane is a striker you just pass into the box for an auto goal, and Suarez you can spam through balls, personally I play Suarez on the wing with Kane down the middle
