I tried a version where I put him in “the little things evo” his stamina goes to 88 and his rating is 91, but his passing is low. So I have that version waiting and another 92 version that I had put in de Kaiser. Passing is 98 but stamina is low. Evo be such headaches to get the right stats/ps/roles mix

I’m running him box-to-box in a 4-4-2, and after testing both options in my head for like 30 mins (as one does), I went with Anticipate+ — and honestly, it’s perfect for how he plays. • Gullit already has cracked passing, shooting, and physicals. Tiki Taka+ felt kinda overkill unless you’re playing him as a pure CAM. • Anticipate+ gives him way better interceptions, tackles, and defensive awareness, and makes him feel way more dominant in midfield duels. • It also makes him super annoying to play against — intercepts everything, still drives forward like a tank.
