They make him low rated and lower end stats, to compentsate that its barca. But when they give him upgrades its like they hold back... now he might get 1+ ovr and 5* skill moves as well, but its just nothing crazy, he should be crazy when he gets all the upgrades but its not.

Evo's is a nice addition to the game, but it really does hurt the market. You buy a card, suddenly it drops cause of an similar evo... which means, eventually, every card will het catched by evos... combined with promo packs and leaks just makes the market a **** hole, and a place to lose coins..
