Its not the same. The GK Basic chem is different than the normal player Basic chem. Put Konate in the squad (so he gets chem) and check his stats. you will see only his sprint speed has +4. Because of the "player basic" chem. If you put GK Basic chem, yuo will see he gets +4s across almost all stats because thats what basic GK chem does
