The ratings and in game performance is made to be level for men and women, the only thing you could say is realism which I'd accept if you also called for shapeshifters to be removed and for promos to only be performance based (so no fut birthday etc).

That's a lot better than aerial especially with the first time through ball meta we have. Plus even without aerial CR7 has some of the best jumping animations in the game
