+the other guys right you can use all your 83s and 84s from exchanges for totws and 84x10s too. the most important thing is clearing out golds before the 89 exchange so youre not quick selling most until youve got a bunch of extra exchanges. if you use squad builder you can choose gold commons or rares if you press a(or x on ps) on the rarity bit, max 82,+ignore position then when you go to do it the again use start from scratch and go on the squad builder from inside the sbc and your preferences will be saved from last time so you can do it quicker. try to keep under 87s out of dupe storage

do the 89 exchange without using tots, its an 84x10 with 35 extra gold rares and 15 gold commons - put all your gold commons in crafting upgrades then put all your gold rares up to 82 into player picks and the crafting upgrade players too. exchange 85s and 86s into packs for more storage space and extra player picks. save 87s and 88s for the 1 of 5 because you get 7k coins and another 89+ for the exchange - then when you start stacking up too many tots in dupe storage from exchanges you can use 10 82 rated and 1 min 95 tots for an extra 84x10s, hope this helps
