Other than looking at community upvotes, is there an easy way to objectively compare the value of upgrade SBCs, like this one versus the 77+ crafting? Futbin's "Best Value SBCs" page does not appear to filter out expired SBCs, so it has hundreds of them.

Huh? Low driven is great, finesse + very good, and incisive on a striker is extremely rare and fantastic for a target striker playing in wingers (inside forwards).

Exactly what I'm wondering. TOTS will make him so much cheaper. TOTS cards will have better stats, but not sure anyone will be better than Gullit for a while. We're so close to TOTS it probable makes most sense to wait unless you feel like burning 1 mil+.

Isn't the Daily Gold Upgrade still better? 11 Bronze + 11 Silver => 11 Gold (1 rare), 6 bronze (tradable), 6 silver (tradable). i.e. 5 bronze + 5 silver => 11 gold. Ultimate is 11 bronze + 11 silver => 8 gold, 7 silver (rare), i.e. 11 bronze + 4 silver = 8 gold.
