In EA FC 25, "high traffic" means too many players are trying to enter the game at once. When this happens, the servers get overloaded and a message may appear saying you can’t log in due to high traffic. This usually happens at 6 PM UK time when new content drops, but recently it has also been happening around 3 AM. During these times, many players are blocked from entering Ultimate Team or even the main menu until the traffic goes down. Hope this helps.
