The Highest Rated Players In EA Sports FC 24

EA Sports have started to reveal ratings, kicking off with the top 12 for Male and Female. It’s no surprise that cover star Erling Haaland takes top spot with a 91 rated card but he does share that rating with 3 others. There are also some notable omissions with a certain Cristiano Ronaldo nowhere to be seen.

24th - Ada Hegerberg - Olympique Lyon - 89 OVR

Erling Haaland won’t be the only Norwegian striker in the Top 24 as 2018 Ballon D'or winner Ada Hegerberg makes her way in.

If you prefer a slower striker then Ada is the one for you, she may only have 75 pace but the 89 shooting combined with 86 dribbling could prove to be lethal.

23rd - Alisson - Liverpool - 89 OVR

In a season which has been nothing short of disappointing for Liverpool, their biggest star has been the goalkeeper.

It’s a little unfair he didn’t receive an upgrade but looks to be a solid keeper once again.

22nd - Virgil van Dijk - Liverpool - 89 OVR

Virgil van Dijk is no longer the best centre back in the game, or at least doesn’t hold top spot on his own.

Liverpool had a pretty shaky season so it’s easy to see why the Dutchman has received the -1.

21st - Marc Andre ter Stegen - Barcelona - 89 OVR

One goalkeeper who has received an upgrade is Marc Andre ter Stegen.

The Barcelona keeper kept 26 clean sheets in 38 games and equalled the clean sheet record in La Liga which has stood for nearly 30 years!

20th - Alex Morgan - San Diego Wave - 89 OVR

The US may have crashed out of the World Cup unexpectedly but that doesn’t seem to have affected Alex Morgan’s card.

89 shooting and 88 dribbling will be an insane combination in the early game.

19th - Neymar Jr - Al Hilal - 89 OVR

The Brazilian moved to Al Hilal ahead of FC 24 to add to an already stacked league.

As expected, another insane card for the former Santos man.

18th - Rodri - Manchester City - 89 OVR

Rodri may finally be getting the respect he deserves in terms of rating but we can’t get behind those stats.

59 pace and 80 passing is a bit of a joke. Let’s just hope he gets a few special cards throughout the year.

17th - Vini Jr - Real Madrid - 89 OVR

Another 89 rated Brazilian LW joins Neymar in the Top 24 in the way of Vini Jr.

95 pace, 90 dribbling and 82 shooting. What a card this will be.

16th - Ruben Dias - Manchester City - 89 OVR

After Manchester City completed the greatest achievement in football, it’s only fair that Ruben takes home top spot.

89 rated for the Portuguese centre half, we just wish his pace was a tiny bit higher!

15th - Mapi Leon - Barcelona - 89 OVR

Depending on how pace has been distributed this year, Mapi Leon could have one of the best CB cards in the game.

Usually 75 pace would be slow but there has been a huge pace downgrade across the board.

14th - Kadidiatou Diani - Olympique Lyon  - 89 OVR

We didn’t really need anymore overpowered French players.

89 pace, 88 dribbling and 85 shooting. Diani will be up there with the likes of expensive meta cards for sure!

13th - Mohamed Salah - Liverpool - 89 OVR

As with Alisson we find this rating a bit unfair. It was an insane season for Salah but he’s unfortunately received a -1.

It’s still a very good card and I expect to see it in plenty of teams.

12th - Robert Lewandowski - Barcelona - 90 OVR

Lewandowski is another player who has been downgraded after an incredible season.

We can understand the logic here though, he may have scored plenty of goals but he’s just not on the same level as the guys at 91.

11th - Caroline Graham Hansen - Barcelona - 90 OVR

Not only does Hansen have some unbelievable card stats but we believe she’ll also have 5* skills.

Norway links will be very fun to use in FC 24.

10th - Harry Kane - Bayern Munich - 90 OVR

Harry Kane finally left Spurs this season and moved to Bayern Munich where he hopes to win at least one trophy.

It’s another year where unfortunately he looks like fodder from day 1 but who knows, maybe that changes for FC 24.

9th - Thibaut Courtois - Real Madrid - 90 OVR

Courtois keeps his rating from FIFA 23 and we’re sure he’s going to feature in plenty of teams.

8th - Karim Benzema - Al Ittihad - 90 OVR

Ballon D’or Benz actually received a downgrade despite winning the World Player of the Year award just 9 months ago.

7th - Sam Kerr - Chelsea - 90 OVR

We thought Sam Kerr was going to be part of the elusive 91 Club after an impressive season with Chelsea and an amazing World Cup with Australia, but it’s not to be.

We won’t let the rating take away from what is a crazy card!

6th - Lionel Messi - Inter Miami - 90 OVR

It was only a matter of time before Messi dropped to a 90 and his move to Inter Miami sealed the deal.

He’s still in contention for the Ballon D’or this year proving he can still compete with the world's best.

5th - Aitana Bonmati - Barcelona - 90 OVR

Bonmati was one of the best players at the World Cup this summer and recently won UEFA Player of the Year.

Despite being 90 rated, she isn’t even the highest rated midfielder at her club!

4th - Kevin De Bruyne - Manchester City - 91 OVR

KDB is not only the best midfielder in the world but has also put himself in the conversation for the best player in the world.

It’s only fair he lands himself the joint highest rated card for FC 24

3rd - Erling Haaland - Manchester City - 91 OVR

After 60 goals in all competitions it would have been a travesty if Haaland wasn’t the highest rated player in FC 24.

Haaland was already overpowered last year, we really don’t want to face him in FC 24.

2nd - Alexia Putellas - Barcelona - 91 OVR

Taking top spot in the women's rankings is back to back Ballon D’or winner, Alexia Putellas.

The Spaniard has an incredible base card with 3 stats 90+!

1st - Kylian Mbappe - PSG - 91 OVR

Just like last year, Mbappe finds himself with a 91 rated card. He now has a card that’s somehow even better with an increase in shooting and physical.
